Return to the old paths.

While I was reading the book of Isaiah so many things caught my eye.  The commentary in my Bible about the book of Isaiah talks about his ministry to the nation of Judah before the exile to Babylon.  Isaiah's ministry would span for five kings, including Hezekiah.  Hezekiah cried out to God after Assyria attacked Jerusalem.  Isaiah delivered the message that God would spare Judah from the hands of Assyria.  In the first chapter, God says that Jerusalem is like Sodom and Gomorrah.  He is obviously disgusted with them because later on in the chapter he even tells them that he is sick of their burnt offerings and their festival and sabbath keeping and to stop bringing him gifts.  He says that when they lift up their hands in prayer that he won't even look.  Obviously, they are the religious people of the day but they are still doing things that are not pleasing to God.  Chapter 1 verse 17 says to learn to do good and seek justice.  He tells them to help the oppressed and defend the orphans and fight for the widows.  You can read it firsthand here.  In chapter 3 verse 12 he tells them that your leaders have misled you, they send you down the wrong road.  He says they have ruined Isreal.  Their houses are filled with things they have stolen from the poor.  Sounds like they love to play church but they really aren't that genuine I guess.  This reminds me of things going on today with some of our churches and some of our leaders. Our leaders say they love God but they stand up for things that we know go completely against him.  The churches surely aren't pleasing to him because they don't keep his Sabbath Days.  I know that our Father is pleased with Sabbath-keeping and the such if we are doing it with the right heart.  We are to keep every commandment but for some reason, everyone disregards it.   People are talking about a Sunday Law that is right around the corner that will be a part of the one-world religion.  This Sunday Law will probably bring a lot of persecution for those who keep the Sabbath day holy.  Nothing new under the sun.  The devil doesn't like people keeping the Sabbath Day and he will make sure that he tries to keep you from it because when you start doing what God wants you to do then you receive power with the highest and he can't be having any of that.  The devil is always trying to keep God's plans from being fulfilled just like he killed all those innocent babies trying to keep the Messiah from entering into the world.  Ask the Lord this week if he wants you to keep the Sabbath.  He will show you the truth if you seek him with your whole heart.  If you want a little history about when the Sabbath began to change and what was behind all of it you can watch here.  Let's cry out to God like Hezekiah for our Nation that we would return to the old paths.  Let us start keeping his holy Sabbath and make it our delight.  Let's keep his commandments with pure motives and he will once again be pleased with us.  Not only that but let's ask God why there are so many denominations?  Why is there so much confusion?  Is this just another trick from the enemy to lead us astray?  Check out my Salvation and Holy Ghost videos.  If you think you need to be in a church to get saved you are wrong.  I received the baptism of the Holy Ghost in my own home and you can get baptized there as well.  Call out to God and he will lead and guide you.    God bless you all and may you have a very blessed Sabbath Day.
